Payments are accepted securely through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can use your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to make payments through PayPal without an account. PayPal is an electronic payment processor that allows customers to send money securely without divulging your bank information to the merchant.
At checkout, you will be given two payment options after clicking “proceed to PayPal“. To pay with your PayPal account, simply select “Pay with my PayPal account“. To pay securely without having an account, click the payment option that says “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit“.
Outclass Auto operates out of Southern California. Standard 7.5% sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to California.
PayPal is trusted by over 179 million users around the world. This gives customers peace of mind throughout the purchasing process. Account or card numbers are not revealed to the merchant when PayPal payments are processed.
Items are shipped same day or next day. A tracking number will be added to your order once it has been shipped.
Important Information for International Customers:
If you are interested in purchasing an item and need it shipped outside of the United States, you will be invoiced for an additional international shipping cost. Some items are too large to be shipped internationally. Please email before you buy if you need a quote for international shipping on a particular item.
Once a package leaves the US, we cannot control how fast your country’s customs department processes the package. In rare cases, packages can take up to or longer than a month to arrive due to slow customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that may be incurred. Each country has its own rules for custom fees, taxes, etc.; we are not responsible for knowing these rules or paying any fees that customs might charge you to receive the item.
Quality control is a high priority here at Outclass Auto, but on rare occasions an item may arrive in less than perfect condition. If you receive a defective item, please send an email through the website detailing what is wrong with the item and we will immediately work on setting up a return or replacement.
Returns due to buyer remorse: We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. The item must be unused in order to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been used, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee from your original purchase amount. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to return an item, please make sure to notify us before the 30 day period has expired.
