At OutclassAuto.com, we strive to provide customers with the most seamless ordering experience possible. A simple and clear shipping policy is an important part of achieving this goal. Please review the following terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day, and many orders ship same business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Saturday delivery is possibly if the “FedEx Home Delivery” option is selected, or if a special request is made for Saturday delivery.
When a free shipping method is selected at checkout, OutclassAuto.com reserves the right to choose to most economical carrier to your delivery area, providing it falls under the advertised shipping speed. In most cases, the only two carriers we use are UPS and FedEx. If you strongly prefer one of these carriers over the other, please contact us to let us know before or after placing your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. FedEx and UPS are our primary shipping methods. If you require a specific shipping service that is not listed, please contact us and we will be glad to accommodate your alternate shipping method request.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
* Unexpected delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to APO/FPO addresses
If you are ordering small to medium sized items, we will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, the transit time may be delayed due the limited number of shipping options available to these areas. We are not able to ship most large sized items, such as exhausts and radiators, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are unsure whether your item is able to be shipped to one of these addresses, please contact us for clarification.
If you have placed your order to one of these addresses, we will contact you to confirm the transit time and shipping method. In certain instances, additional shipping costs may be required for these types of addresses.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
OutclassAuto.com does not ship to addresses containing “P.O. Box”. Your address must be a physical street address and not a US Postal Service box. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to PO box addresses. If you pay for a mailbox address at a mailbox location other than a United States Post Office, please make sure they are able to accept packages before placing an order to the address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. The tracking number often will not register in the system until the package is in transit.
OutclassAuto.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to report your issue and open a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries outside of the U.S. If the site’s shipping calculator does not provide you with a calculated shipping cost, simply email us your shipping address along with the items you wish to order, and we will reply with a quote outlining all shipping methods available to your destination. You may email us through the “Contact Us” page, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OutclassAuto.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during import to your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
